The National Town Builders Association takes a leading role as the organization continues its mission of sharing information and education regarding the development of town and urban centers of enduring value.The NTBA is the only town and urban developer association that exists in which the knowledge and experience gained from creating town centers is freely shared. The lessons learned can save time, energy, and money. The relationships gained can be a resource and a joy.

Membership in the NTBA is chartered to be made up of 75% Builder Developers and 25% Affiliated Professionals (Architects, Planners, Marketers, Non Profit professionals, etc.)
Membership is for a calendar year - January 1 - December 31 and annual dues pay for the administration of the organization.
Membership gives a member first right to attend our two annual Roundtables, held in various cities where we meet to discuss current issues affecting the built environment and to see new and established TND projects. Non-members are allowed to attend Roundtables only as space permits, and is limited to one time attendance as a guest. Membership affords direct access to an unprecedented professional peer group and resource library.
The organization is kept small and intimate on purpose for better networking opportunities.
